CHECKLIST OF INFORMATION NEEDED BY THE
ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM BY DECEMBER 3, 2008
When submitting
information, each of the areas (factors) listed should be submitted as a
separate document/report so that they can be more easily placed in the
respective folder for each area of viability. As soon as you have
compiled all of the information for an area, please send in that
information to your Team Facilitator; do not wait until all areas have
been completed.
Submit only what you currently have; do not create what you do not
have. (For example:
if you do not have a Facilities Plan then indicate that no plan is
currently in place). If something does not apply then note that it is
not applicable and explain why.
Items in blue
are ones that the Division of Catholic Schools have and need not be
submitted by principals.
