In order to register to join our school family you will need to provide the following documentation.

  • birth certificate          

  • baptismal certificate (if applicable)

  • social security number

  • parish registration number (if applicable)

  • proof of immunization

  • progress reports and standardized testing results if transferring from an other school.

  • registration fee
