Presentation Title: The Courage to Lead:
What Happens When You Step Up, Lean In, Make no Excuses and Stay in the
Game
Abstract:
When you step up you decide the time for waiting is over. The leader
you are waiting for turns out to be you. When you lean in; you have to
risk and be vulnerable to take a stand for what is important.
When you stop making excuses for yourself or anyone else, you can take
action to make the world a better place. And, finally, when you learn
to surround yourself with people who bring out the best in you and in
whom you call for the best, you can stay in the game no matter what
challenges or obstacles come your way. The surprising good news is you
can have lots of fun being a positive, effective leader in all
situations.
Vicki Lein will offer a follow-up session
entitled: I am Your Home Court Advantage
