All of the above races are free to all participants. Students should report to the race location early so they can warm-up and get prepared for the race. Students should wear their St. Ursula cross country uniform which consists of a gold T-shirt and a navy jacket. The students should wear either navy blue shorts or navy blue sweat pants. Students should bring a water bottle with them.
