Welcome to 3A. I'm very excited to be facing a new school year and getting to know you and your children. Below is some helpful information about our classroom procedures.
Homework: Each day homework will be listed on the board in the morning. Students will copy homework in their homework copybook. This is to be done before the last bell rings - if not completed then it is to be finished at breaktime. Please go over your child's homework every night and sign (in the homework book) after it is completed. St. Ursula Folder: This folder is labeled Home and Keep in School. Students are told that anything that is in the School side is not to be taken out - this side is for things that are in process - it is the students responsibility to have these things when needed. Please do not empty the School side for your child. The Home side can go home and stay home. P.E. Day: Thursday is our day for P.E. Library: Tuesday is our library day. Please remind your child Monday night to pack his/her book. Monday Folder: This folder will come home on Monday. Please review the papers with your child and then sign the folder and return folder and papers on Tuesday (this is part of Monday night's homework). Money: Any money send to school should be in an envelope with the child's name, homeroom, amount and purpose written on the front. Labeling: Everything (supplies, sweaters, lunchboxes etc.) should be labeled with student's name and homeroom - 3A. |
