Mr. Bailey's Student Survey

Mr. Bailey wants his class to be the best it can possibly be.  For that to happen, he needs input from his students.  Use the easy, brief, and anonymous survey below to tell Mr. Bailey how you feel about his class.  Be honest in your responses, as they will help Mr. Bailey be a better teacher!
